We process collected data strictly to achieve our primary mission of community empowerment and secure e-commerce execution:

• To process orders, generate invoices, and handle packaging details.
• To arrange product dispatch and manage courier tracking with logistics partners (e.g., Ekart Logistics).
• To authenticate local craftsmanship through unique QR-tag mappings and verify that payments go directly to artisan accounts.
• To resolve support requests, process returns, and investigate platform security issues.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. Your data is shared strictly with essential partners required to execute transactions:

• Logistics Partners: Address details are shared with Ekart Logistics to dispatch and deliver your ordered items.
• Payment Processors: Credit card, net banking, or wallet information is processed securely through encrypted gateways (e.g., Razorpay) without being stored on our servers.
• Government Oversight Authorities: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable statistics are reviewed for monitoring DAY-NULM social impact metrics.
